- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am in the middle of the road, but also work with my clients on customized packages where it fits their budget and their needs. I do my best to accommodate them as long as it's a realistic budget. We work very hard to put a wedding together and it requires a team to get it done perfect and flawlessly which is something that slot of people are unaware of. It's the amount of work that goes into the production and hours that are overlooked. This is why I'm in the middle of the road.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a phone consultation if interested we then meet in person discuss all the details for the event and sign a contract. Once we have a signed contract we start the planning process immediately, depending on the type of event and package chosen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, where they provide continuing education courses, educational seiminars, webinars, annual conferences, etc. I also help plan meetings, seminars, educational conferences for the National Association of Wedding Professionals as part of my duties on the Board of Directors.
