I had the best experience with Dominique’s work. She made everything so easy and stress free for me. She did so many things for me including designing my wedding invitations, planning and decorating my bridal shower, helping me plan out my wedding and much more. She has a natural talent for this and it is all shown in her work. Dominique takes her time to get to know you and your partners wants and vision for your event. She will go above and beyond to do extra research to make sure she is making your visions of the event become a reality. I will always be grateful for her and highly recommend her. She will be my go to planner from now on.

I attended a birthday event planned and organized by Dominique and it was amazing! I didn’t have to stress about anything, she took care of every last detail for the party and it exceeded my expectations. The event was my mother’s 50th birthday party so I wanted something monumental and also sentimental. She provided a phenomenal mix of the two. She brought my vision to life much better than I could’ve ever imagined. The food she recommended was great, the decor was beautiful, and everything down to the music was thoughtfully planned out. She will work so closely with you through every step to accomplish the best version of your event. I highly recommend her!

We unfortunately had to cancel our Miami destination wedding (we live in NYC) due to COVID-19 pandemic. From the first interaction all the way through us making the difficult decision to cancel, Dominique was professional, organized, detailed, warm, communicative, honest, and fair. Planning a wedding from out of state can be challenging, but having Dominique as our coordinator put our minds at ease, knowing we would have a beautiful worry-free day. If it wouldn’t put her health and safety at risk to fly her up to NYC for the wedding we are now planning, we would definitely have her as our coordinator. If you have he good fortune to hire her, you will be in good hands.

Wedding Coordination

I contacted Varzideh Co. searching for a wedding coordinator. She was pleasant yet took 2 days to reply. She sent me a cut and paste quote that was identical to another planner's quote, with 1-2 word changes. The pictures on her page are not even authentic. when it comes to my wedding I need someone I can trust.

Good morning Rita, as I explained in our private messages I completely understand your desire to use another vendor and hope you enjoy your special day. Thumbtack does not allow for planners or vendors to view other vendors quotes, or pricing; therefore copying is not something that is even possible. Your quote came in last night, and I responded this morning. The pictures on our page are authentic and from past weddings and corporate events that we have planned. We are a trustworthy business that enjoys exceeding client expectations. We hope you have a beautiful wedding and a great rest of the day.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our prices are made with your best interests at heart. Please contact us to develop a package that works best for you and your event.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    An initial consultation to assess the overall direction. Please feel free to email your planner at anytime during the week (Monday thru Friday) with questions or ideas; however, in order for you to get the most out of your time with you planner, all correspondence will be collected and researched as needed throughout the week and then discussed at our next scheduled monthly meeting. We will definitely let you know that we have received your question, but we just want you to be aware that we desire to make the most efficient choices with your time. You can expect a response within 24 hours. We would love to be as involved as you want us to be! We are happy to be in attendance to any meetings you have with outside vendors, we just ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible or let us work with you in making the appointments.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    We have always been creatives at heart! Our Event Professional career began in the non-profit sector. It was during this time that we strengthened other creative skills; such as, invitation creation, design, and event errand management. Following, we entered the wedding industry, and then were asked to coordinate and manage a multitude of events.
