- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of experience, number of guests, menu complexity, and location. Grocery costs are included to provide a seamless and stress-free experience with fresh, high-quality ingredients. For larger events, multi-day bookings, or recurring meal prep services, custom pricing and package rates are available. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Miami area. Every experience is fully tailored, so I’m always happy to work with different styles, budgets, and event needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a quick conversation to understand the client’s vision, food preferences, dietary restrictions, guest count, and the type of experience they’re looking for. From there, I create a customized menu proposal tailored to the event style and budget. Once the menu is confirmed, I handle the planning, grocery shopping, preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen cleanup so the client can fully enjoy the experience stress-free. My goal is to make the process simple, personalized, and memorable from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a classically trained French chef with over 15 years of experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, and high-end restaurants across France, Monaco, Switzerland, and Australia. My background is rooted in traditional French cuisine, but my style has evolved through years of working in international kitchens and creating modern, personalized dining experiences. I’ve worked in fast-paced professional environments where precision, organization, creativity, and consistency are essential every single day.
