- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on guest count, event location, menu selection, service format, staffing needs and the level of experience requested. Irimaki Live Sushi Catering is a premium sushi catering company, so our proposals are built around quality ingredients, professional sushi chefs, elegant presentation and reliable event execution. We offer different formats, including live sushi stations, private sushi chef experiences, omakase-style menus, buffet/family-style sushi and premium sushi boats. Drop-off options may be available for smaller events. A deposit is required to reserve the date and secure staffing. Sales tax may apply. Credit card payments may include a processing fee, while Zelle or ACH may be available as preferred payment methods. Final pricing is provided after reviewing the event details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts by learning the key details of the event: date, location, guest count, event type, service style and any preferences or dietary needs. From there, we recommend the most appropriate sushi catering format, such as a live sushi station, private sushi chef experience, omakase-style menu, buffet-style setup or premium sushi boat. Once the service format is defined, we prepare a custom proposal with menu options, staffing details and event scope. After approval and deposit, we confirm the booking and coordinate logistics such as setup time, access, equipment needs, service flow and final guest count. Our goal is to make the experience organized, polished and easy for the host.

Irimaki Live Sushi Catering is led by a team with hands-on experience in sushi preparation, premium catering, private events and hospitality service. Our work combines culinary technique, event execution, food safety awareness, presentation standards and guest-focused service. Our sushi chefs are trained to work with high-quality ingredients, precise preparation, clean station management and live event service. We also bring experience in menu planning, logistics, setup, timing and client communication, which are essential for private dinners, corporate events, luxury celebrations and live sushi stations. The focus of our training is not only making sushi, but delivering a professional and polished catering experience from planning to service.
