Daniel is a star among personal trainers, and I have had a number of them over the years. He is thoughtful and responsible in his approach, tailoring the training to meet my needs and challenge me. He is knowledgeable about physiology, so that our training is beneficial and effective. We discuss not only ‘how’ to do a particular exercise, but also ‘why’. Daniel is punctual, committed and professional. On top of all that, he’s a terrific guy and has become a friend. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I am his oldest client at 83 and my two years with him have been transformative.
