FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects results-based coaching — not random single sessions. Your total depends on in-home vs. gym, session frequency, and whether you want training only or full coaching. What to know up front: • Minimum commitment: 4 weeks (more for best results) • In-home training is priced higher than my gym due to travel + scheduling • I work best with clients who can commit to a consistent weekly schedule • Every option includes structure + accountability so you’re never guessing what to do next Tell me your goal, timeline, and location, and I’ll recommend the best option to help each your goals. OPTIONS: ***IN-PERSON 1-1 TRAINING In-person 1:1 training is private coaching in the gym or in-home (South Miami). I coach your sessions and also program what you do on the days we’re not together so you’re not guessing. You’ll get structure, nutrition targets, accountability, and adjustments based on real progress. ***ONLINE COACHING Online coaching is for clients who want a full plan + accountability without meeting in person. You’ll get a customized training program, nutrition targets, weekly check-ins, and weekly adjustments based on your progress. This is ideal if you travel, have a busy schedule, or prefer training independently but still want a coach guiding you step-by-step. ***VIRTUAL TRAINING Virtual training is live coaching over FaceTime/Zoom — like I’m right there with you. I guide your workout, coach form, and progress you week to week. If needed, I’ll also program your training and nutrition for the days we’re not meeting so you stay consistent and keep moving forward. ***COMPETITION PREP COACHING Competition prep coaching is for bodybuilding/bikini/wellness athletes who want a proven step-by-step plan. I’m an IFBB Pro and former NPC judge, so I understand exactly what wins on stage — from conditioning and shape to presentation. Prep includes structured training, cardio strategy, nutrition targets, check-ins, weekly adjustments, and peak week guidance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call to make sure we’re aligned (goal, timeline, schedule, training history). Then I schedule a quick meet that way we can meet one another and I can go through my processes and rates. Then if you like everything we start executing. You can expect: • Clear weekly structure (training + cardio + nutrition targets if needed) • Progress tracking + check-ins • Weekly adjustments based on results • Accountability so you actually stay consistent For in-home clients, I confirm your neighborhood/zip and preferred weekly time slot first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BS and MBA, plus certifications through NASM (CPT, CES, WLS), ISSA, Precision Nutrition, and TRX Functional Training. On top of that, I’ve been coaching since 2011 and am an IFBB Pro competitor and past NPC judge — so I bring both evidence-based education and real-world results for lifestyle clients and competitors.
