- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a full assessment and listen to my clients needs. I help them reach goals by outlining a process in a personalized agenda. I work with all levels of fitness needs and build programs that fit the individual in a realistic platform.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Cardio Respiratory Training Specialist. All of these are accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
