My process for working with new customers begins with asking questions. What would you like to achieve by working with me? How physically active or sedentary is your lifestyle? What is your current fitness program? What illnesses or medical condition do you have? With the answers I plan the classes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have different types of clients with different types of goals: to lose weight, to get in better shape, moms looking to get a better pregnancy, or moms trying to lose weight after the baby is born, small group training and boot camps. My job is open to everyone.. EVERYONE is welcome!!! I can help you on your fitness goal..
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to ask for testimonials and to try a class to see if you like it.
