Worst experience with a company.
I needed to obtain a new screen door for my front door and I’ve been waiting since November of last year with this company for it.
This company told me three different dates of when they would have my door ready, which they only would let me know of the delays when I called them myself.
They claimed their factory made mistakes on the measurements two times when creating the door and that’s why there were delays.
Now, just yesterday, I get a call from the owner stating that they finally have my door, that the owner “saw it and it’s beautiful,” and will install it today at 1PM.
First, the worker calls me at 10AM that he’s in route to me when I already made it clear to the owner that I wouldn’t be home until 1PM. So finally, the worker comes out around 1PM and has a door, without the frame that it was supposed to have, and that doesn’t even fit. So, the company never checked the measurements before bringing it to my home nor did the owner see it, as he claimed he had yesterday.
I call the owner and the owner tells me they didn’t open the package for the door because “they didn’t want to scratch it.” Then why tell me you saw it when you clearly didn’t? And how did you know the measurements were incorrect the last two times if you never open door packages when you receive it?
Now, I have no screen door and wood is even missing from where they ripped my last one off.
