Introduction: We are a full-service company serving 10 guests to 1,000. We customize each menu to our clients' needs. We have an award-winning, highly-experienced chef who has a passion for food and pleasing his guests beyond their expectations. Executive Chef Bob Schultz received his education at both Sophia University in Tokyo and The Culinary Institute of America. In 1978 he was awarded “Most Likely to Succeed” by The Culinary Institute. His expertise as a chef has been recognized in cites throughout the United States including Minneapolis, Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco, Scottsdale and St Louis. Chef Bob a Philadelphia native has been in the profession for over 40 years. He has served in the American Culinary Federation as Apprenticeship Chair as well as Chairman for the 1994 Mid Western Regional Conference. He is also a DIRONA award winner for best chef. He was a member of Conference De La Chaine Des Rotisseurs. Chef Bob’s Hard Work, Dedication, Direction and Passion has been recognized and awarded many times including: Hospitality Industry of St. Louis “Chef of the Year” USA Top 50 Chefs, Conde Nast Top 25, 4 Diamond Triple A, 4 Star Mobile, Hospitality Industry of St Louis Restaurant of the Year Award and Dinora Award for Top Restaurant. Creative Catering Naples is proud to have Chef Bob Schultz serving Naples and Southwest Florida with his passion for cooking. When asked what his secret is, Bob replies: ”My passion in finding the best ingredients, preparing them well and using the right cooking method to bring out the best flavor and taste”. What he loves best is delighting each guest with his expertly prepared food.

We had the great fortune of finding an outstanding chef to plan and execute an intimate dinner party in our home. From the time we first spoke on the phone to the evening of the party, Bob displayed such a pleasant and calming demeanor. His unique creative talent was exhibited in his pairing of foods, his elegant presentations and attention to impeccable detail. Bob prepared exceptionally delicious fresh cuisine and delightful desserts that were the hit of the party. To say the least, Chef Bob is very passionate about his work. It doesn’t surprise me why he is very successful at what he does as he works with clients as if the party were his own. He listened closely to my vision and executed it beyond measure.     I am a custom caterer that works with custmers to produce a menu within their budget.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I send you ideas. Then you call me and we talk about what you want for your event. I also ask the budget you want to stay in. I then send you a proposed menu. If you have questions you call me. We want to make you happy.
