I tailor each culinary experience just for you...from meals prepared for the week, on your family vacation, romantic evening with your partner, family gathering, weddings and corporate events. Vivian is incredible. She created a beautiful menu for a birthday party. Her flavors are amazing. She was very responsive and punctual. She made us incredible food with sauces and sides like Ive never seen. She is creative, friendly and I would recommend her for any event. We had shrimp scampi pot stickers Seafood empanadas Crab hush puppies Crab stuffed steak with blue averse butter. Spinach and sweet potatoes. It was heavenly. She also travels far and wide. Do not look any further. Vivian rocks!!

Chef Vivian just catered our wedding down in Clearwater at out beach house. There were only 30 people, but we wanted everything very upscale. Coming from out-of-state, we were obviously nervous hiring anyone sight unseen to handle the occasion. We met up with her a few days before the wedding. She was extremely nice and reassuring, and went over everything. She came a few hours early to prepare and when we returned from the ceremony, everything was set up and went perfectly. Every part of the meal was beyond expectation. Her staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. We receive compliments on the meal all that night and throughout the next day. We were extremely happy with her and would highly recommend her for your event! It was a true pleasure to have her service.

Vivian was wonderful to work with. We had two families visiting for Thanksgiving week and Vivian made two amazing entrees- salmon and steak! In addition she accommodated some last minute dietary constraints. We’ll definitely use Vivian again in the future!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing includes food cost pp (your budget for each guest according to the menu choosen), gourmet services of $65.00 an hr minimum of 8 hrs, this is shopping, driving time, preparation/cooking, set up and clean up, and serving) and a traveling fee of $60.00 (fuel to and from). Servers are $100.00 for 4 hrs (they take care of you and the guest and help with cleaning up). Once your menu is finalized a contract is made to lock in the date.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Every client is different so when I am contacted I like to have a sit down to really a good feel of what you're expecting from this experience.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a member of American Chef Federation. I went to Art Institute of Tampa, obtain my AA
