We sustained some damage to our first floor due to hurricane Harvey that required a total reconstruction. It was a terrifying process finding a contractor and company that we could trust to fix our home. That is what we loved about Scott and his team. He is very knowledgeable on how to work with insurance. He made us feel safe and comfortable and was able to get to work right away. He helped educate us and help us fill at ease. He was also very responsive to questions comments and concerns we had. Not every job goes perfectly but true character shows in those moments. We were always taken care of, informed, and never did we feel taken advantage of. We highly recommend Scott and his company for your reconstruction needs.

We worked with Scott and Brian at Protected Catastrophe Management after our house got hit by Harvey. They were professional at all times, followed-through with exactly what they said they would do, and were a pleasure to work with. More to the point, when it was time for them to go to bat to make sure we were covered for ALL work that was needed to get our first floor back in shape, they were effective in making sure that we did not get short changed by even a dime. Our house now looks great. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had Immediate Painters to our home to paint a few rooms and do some touch up painting. First of all, our phone call was returned right away, and Scott was very flexible to set up a free estimate initial walk through. We evaluated what work needed to be done and he showed us a few additional things that would really be effective for the overall look of the house. So we took his expert advice and we are sure glad we did. Secondly, the price was great. I have had paint work done by friends of mine in Houston, you know receiving the "friend discount", so I wasn't sure what the price would be using a new company. Well, it wasn't far off that friendly discount price we received in the past. Lastly, they were in and out in a very timely manner leaving everything as tidy or better than it was before. Needless to say, they came highly recommended to us and we are more than obliged to pass on that recommendation.

I had the interior of my property painted. I went with these guys based off the good reviews on here and feeling comfortable with them when they first arrived to give me a bid. The quote was fair when comparing to the others not the highest and not the cheapest, the quality of materials used was very high, and the painters themselves were friendly and professional. Bryan handled the quote himself, got the job done a day early, and came over on the last day to walk the property with me. He wanted to ensure I was satisfied with the work and inspect the work himself. I highly recommend these guys as the communication between us both was the best quality about them in the end.
