I've been working with Quinten for the last few months. He is always motivating me for the results I want, and always pushes me until I get there. He's very knowledgeable and caring. Quinton is an outstanding personal trainer. He is patient and extremely knowledgable. I have used other trainers in the past and he is by the far the best I have worked with. I would highly recommend him.

I started working with Quin this past October. My purpose in doing so was to improve my overall balance and also my upper body strength. He is very professional as well as a very caring individual. His knowledge of his subject matter is excellent and he is very good at translating that to the layman (me). I have worked with Quinten since October. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but very professional and caring. Every session began by asking me how I was-any problems from our prior session, or everything okay. We worked very hard, but had fun doing so. In six months I progressed in all of my goals - improving balance, flexibility, strength, and even dropping one clothing size! He definitely is on my schedule when returning in the fall. HE'S. GREAT!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The assessment is client-dependent, and varies based upon their circumstances and goals. There is always a health questionnaire, followed by discussion of goals and any factors that my slow their progress. Next, movements are used to determine range of motion, strength, or joint and tissue integrity if that is a concern.
