I am a graduate of the French Culinary Institute (now the International Culinary Center) of NYC. I am a professional chef with experience in multiple 2-Star & 3-Star Michelin rated restaurants while working under such chefs as: Chef Masa Takayama & Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten in NYC, Chef Daniel Boulud in Palm Beach, and Chef Michael Schwartz in Miami. I specialize in French, Japanese, Italian, and American Farm-to-Table cuisines. I am experienced in instructing both group & private cooking classes, sushi-rolling and dumpling-making tutorials. I am also well versed in private, residential cheffing and high-volume event catering. I have worked as a residential private chef for several prominent and high-profile families throughout the Naples area. I can design a custom menu based on your culinary preferences & dietary restrictions including: Gluten-Free, Vegan, Keto, & Paleo diets. I will also shop for the highest quality ingredients to create exquisite meals while utilizing the utmost professionalism and client discretion. We had a fantastic experience with Chef David! The overall service, quality of the food and hospitality were first class. Chef has a clear passion for what he does and we could feel that in conversing with him as well as taste it in his cuisine. Highly recommend Chef David!

Chef Dave prepared a 4-course private dinner at house I rented in Marco Island to help me celebrate my 40th Birthday with 5 of my closes girlfriends. The experience was one of a kind. Seriously. Let's start with the meal: I reached out to Chef Dave on Thumbtack and submitted a request, he was the first to respond. He also had the most versatile menu and was the most flexible. We landed on 4-courses: Appetizers, Soup, Salad, and 2-Main Courses (steak and fish). We were FLOORED at the flavors and the quality. We all over ate and had plenty left over for the next day. Dessert: Chef Dave recommended a local company who turned out to be phenomenal. We order a 1-tier fondant cake and matching cupcakes. Chef offered to bring the cake to us but when he received it, it was damaged so he brought it back and they fixed it immediately. During the meal: Chef set the table, served us, including beverages, he just simply went above and beyond. Worth every penny and more. Thank you, Chef Dave for everything!

I started by looking for a cool anniversary gift for my husband who loves to cook! Somehow ended up in this app, and looking at private chef classes at our home/hotel. Chef David was quick to response and give me options. We did schedule for a 3 hours class with a menu of 5 dishes and ended up with so much more! We were in Naples staying at a hotel which ended up not having the setup I hoped for but that was no issue for David he just went with up. Super organized, brought everything and more. He showed us cutting skills, pasta making, same plate with different ingredients. Ended up with about 4 hours of a amazing cooking class and ate so much we were full the next morning. He was super personable, and flexible to what we wanted to do and learn. Experience was totally worth it. Will probably do this again. My husband’s comment “best gift I have ever gotten”, “best part of the weekend”, “Thank you Chef David! You’ve opened up my aperture for cooking outside my comfort zone!”
