I honed my skills at Johnson and Wales before gaining valuable experience in notable establishments such as French Laundry, Bensi, Mexican Radio, Amore Italiano, and Big Sky Resort. I’ve won over 40 cooking competitions and earned regional and national awards including 2 James Beard nominations.
