Chef Mark and his staff created a wonderful dining experience for our family and friends in Naples, Florida. His professionalism was key from the beginning stages (i.e., planning theme, selecting menu, pairing wine) to the end (i.e., setting table, serving the meal, and clean-up). Chef Mark entertained our guest with an explanation/demonstration of his Sous Vide technique used to create the most spectacular filet mignon. Additionally, he ended the meal with a most delightful dessert! The sauces and flavors, coupled with overall professionalism, created a memorable evening that we will forever treasure. Thank you Chef Mark!

This team of great caterer's also do a gourmet dinner delivery service that is outstanding. I use them for all my catering needs and on those nights I don't feel like cooking dinner for me personally. Highly recommended!!!

Chris made hors d'oeuvres and desserts for my daughter's engagement party and then catered her bridal showered. My daughter had definite ideas on certain styles of cooking she liked and Chris was more than pleased and willing to accommodate. Not only is her food absolutely delicious, she is a pleasure to work with, she will go out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. The guests raved about her food and her as an individual. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
