FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each project is unique, the price is estimated on site. We will always be honest, share our knowledge and be fair. What matter the most is that we can help your dream house happen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone call to talk about the project, here we set a time and date to go and see what and where needs to be done. 2. Then we send a quote and some design proposals so we co-create the dream piece. 3. After quote is approved we receive 50% before and 50% after the project is done. 4. We build and install the order. 5. Keep in touch with the customer in case something needs to change, be fixed or anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a woodworker for the past 4 years. Mentored by a four generation cabinet woodworker genius I acquired very strong bases that now support my woodworking career. I’ve built countless cabinets, custom furniture pieces and remodeled entire spaces. I’ve built Tiny Houses, surf boards, hidden drawers and butcher blocks, porches, kitchens and more. I use a lot of Japanese woodworking tools and techniques. There are limitless possibilites on the creative process of an intuitive, self-motivated, mind. My wife is an Industrial Designer, a blacksmith and high-end tile builder. Together we are the best team!
