FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is clear, transparent, and based on the level of staging support your project needs. I offer flat-rate packages for both occupied and vacant home staging, so you always know what to expect before booking. I currently offer a $50 discount when you book within 48 hours of receiving your quote. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my primary service areas, and all pricing is always discussed upfront so you feel fully informed and comfortable before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your goals, your timeline, and the unique challenges of your property. From there, I create a personalized staging plan — whether your home is occupied, vacant, or part of an investment flip. We review the plan together, make any adjustments you’d like, and once aligned, I begin staging with intention, clarity, and care. Communication remains clear and supportive throughout the entire process, so everything feels smooth, professional, and never overwhelming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Psychology, which gives me a deep understanding of how our environment influences stress, decision-making, and emotional connection — a key part of effective home staging. I’ve also completed training in home staging, color planning, visual flow, and strategic design for real estate. My background includes working with real estate investors on flip design principles, helping them choose finishes, materials, and layouts that appeal to today’s buyers and increase resale value.
