Ms. Colleen Mazzoni @ All County Preferred Property Management is performing Management on my two Apartments at Cypress Cove. Colleen has been managing my two Apartments at Cypress Cove since I purchased those apartments in late fall of 2014 and in January 2015 and continues to do so. I have over 20 years of experience in the property management industry. I have managed apartment communities with as few as 50 units to communities with as many as 500 units. I began working as a leasing agent in Troy, Michigan in 1992. I also developed my bookkeeping skills using AMSI and Yardi property management software while in Michigan working for home properties of New York.
