We're still in the early stages of Nick whipping me into shape, but so far he's been everything I've wanted in a personal trainer. He is a master at designing workouts that leave me exhausted, but not so sore that I can't continue on the next day. He even came up with a workout that utilized my swimming pool at home, where buoyancy helps me achieve full range of motion in my legs without the pains I get in my knees on dry land. He is very responsive to texts, always on time, and I get my money's worth out of each session.

As a 57 yr. Old woman who only worked out for 2 yrs. In my life. I didn't think it was possible even with a Personal trainer. But knew it was my one and last chance. If I were ever going to be to re- gain my energy, strength, stamina and endurance. As I felt and seeing I was physically feeling and ageing rapidly. Nick, Is just amazing. He had the patience once meeting and seeing how out of shape I am. To get me to believe what I thought was impossible. But I was able to do everything with him keeping up the entire hour. I know a long work in progress. But honestly had Nick not be as kind patient and willing to take this project on. Even after one workout I had emery of a 30 yr old. I never believed after not being very active in my life. Just how much with the right trainer my life has and will come to change for best life I can live . Nick, truly is the best of the out there.

I am 63 years young and it is time for me. After reviewing many trainers I decided to call Nick. He was prompt in getting back to me and we got started. Now I have not used him for a long time but I will update my review as time goes on. I sit all day for my job and needless to say not very active. After the initial assessment he got me going. My body woke up. He is knowledgeable, professional, cares about your goals. I look forward to my continued training with Nick and look forward to the results. I am looking for strength, toning, weight loss, being more active. Nick is reasonably priced. Make 2023 your year for YOU. Without your health you will be spending more money on doctors so make time for you. Make yourself a priority. If you don't have your health you are not going to be able to be of any value to your loved ones. Here's to 2023. Thanks Nick!!!!!
