- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First and foremost, verify that they are licensed and insured to operate in the State of Florida. Additionally, a potential client should interview the investigator that will be handling their case. The client should receive a quote up front as to the anticipated costs involved with the case including hourly rate, mileage and expenses. The agency should also provide the client with an agreement which stipulates what the client wants and what the agency is able to provide.
