It is such a wonderful experience to get a massage or any services from Helenea. She is very experienced and has helped me through injuries with massage and other techniques. She is always thoughtful and on time. The ambience is relaxing and delightful. I have never been disappointed in the many years I have been going to her. Thanks Helenea for everything!!

Helenea is truly the most gifted body worker I have ever received work from. Her attention to the details of how the body works and her ability to combine several approaches (ie-lymphatic work, acupupressure, cupping, color and more) allows her to address virtually any situation very effectively........and she is an individual of unsurpassed integrity who hasn't forgotten how to laugh and enjoy each and every day!

Helena is a fabulous massage therapist!! Knows exactly what hurts the most (even when I don't) & gets it worked out. Migraines, stress, slept wrong, 'weekend warrior', post car accident....I've seen her for all of it. I highly recommend her. Just don't take MY appointment time!
