What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a fixed price for a basic cleaning and also for a deep cleaning (depends on vents quantity). We'll always provide our customers with the best prices and service possible!
The price you get is what you pay. There are no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll schedule a phone call or a service call in order to know more about the condition of your ducts and vents.
After arriving at the house, our technician will start cleaning the air ducts and inspect the AC furnace and the dryer vent.
We'll give you a full explanation of what's the condition of your furnace and dryer vent. We'll also give you tips on how to maintain the air duct&AC system in the best way possible!
