Edwin came out the same day I called and cleared a clog in my main drain line. He was very knowledgeable and explained each step along the way, even promising to return if the problem is not resolved fully, which I am very happy to say it was. I do my estimates for free and about the pricing i have a list guide that my brother and stepdad use which i can negotiate if the job is easier than usual i don’t mind helping my clients i just want to be able to fix any issues so my clients can use their plumbing
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i like to introduce myself and i do my estimate for free it depends on the client if they want to work with me or not but i always take my time to check the issue and explain whats going on
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The first time i was around this kind of job was 8 years ago but i started 2 years ago i been to a lot of houses fixing plumbing issues.
