Repair Costs: Transparent estimates for parts and labor. 3. Parts Pricing: Competitive rates for quality parts. 4. Labor Charges: Clear pricing for repair work. 5. Warranty: We offer 1 month warranty on parts and 6 months warranty labor. 6. Discounts: We offer a 10% discount if you either have a senior member over 70 years old in your household or a retired veteran. Proof of IDs are required to apply the discounts 7. Payment Methods: Cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Thumbtack Pay, Credit/Debit Card using Square(3.5% transaction fee) 8. Communication: Open for questions and clarification. We aim to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.

Estimate: Provide repair cost estimate & if part(s) need to be replaced, we charge half the total amount for the repair upfront. 5. Authorization: Proceed with repair upon approval. 6. Repair Work: Efficient and professional service. 7. Payment & Invoice: Customer pays for services & receives a paid invoice detailing the parts & labor costs. 8. Warranty: Explain warranty terms.

We have assembled a team of licensed technicians who have undergone an intensive three-month training program, gaining practical experience in servicing various household appliances. These appliances include refrigerators (that require technicians with EPA certification), washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, oven stoves, microwaves, water filters, garbage disposals, and more.
