Simply put, Victoria is AMAZING!!! When I first started seeing her, I was in a place where I was depressed, anxious, and having such severe panic attacks that they were preventing me from living my life. After my first session with Victoria, I finally felt hope. Before finding Route to Healing, I had been to every kind of doctor out there, been prescribed many different anti-anxiety/depression medications, and tried anything I could find to help with my anxiety and panic, but nothing ever seemed to stick until I started my hypnotherapy and reiki sessions. With Victoria's help, I found the strength to change careers and am able to manage my anxiety (which is SO MUCH better than it was before seeing her) using the tools she has taught me. She has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help me and I couldn't be more thankful. She is truly a wonderful and kind person and I am lucky to know her!!

I really enjoyed my experience working with Peter Rivkees. At first I was skeptical about how much I could really get in that short hour, but he would ask questions and provide feedback that made me think in ways I had not before. I was able to learn so much more about myself and work on issues that I did not realize had been impacting me as much as they had. Peter was warm and caring which allowed me to feel comfortable and not judged. The therapy helped me in my relationships, career, and overall confidence in myself and I would not want to change that experience for anything. I would highly recommend to others to find a therapist that can help them grow and challenge them to reach their full potential, Peter is a good therapist for the job.

Elizabeth is one of the best Executive Coaches I have worked with in my 30 year career in business. Her approach is very engaging and insightful. She takes you through a process of discovery by focused questions and active listening. She helps you explore where you can maximize your potential and then works with you to build a plan to begin this journey. She is there for her clients as they execute the plan and provides excellent Branding support for your transition through Resume, LinkedIn development as well as creative interview preparation. Her ICF certification and training in Organizational Behavior and Management and her years in Government and business give her a broad understanding of the challenges facing her clients. I would highly recommend working with Elizabeth.

With over 28 years of military experience I can honestly say that his teaching was superior to the vast amount of professional development I received during my career. If you are looking for a high impact experience where you will enjoy the time you invest as well as reaping benefits from the experience, Phil is your man! Col D. Champagne

Alex is a great coach, and just what I need in my corner. I am a competitive bodybuilder and I have done my own diet and training for the first couple shows and wasn't able to achieve my best physique. I have had bad and good experiences with coaches so I am very particular on who I decide to hire as a coach. Alex is a great match. I been training for over a decade, and I wish I would of reached out to him sooner. He is very knowledgeable in training and nutrition. The cool thing is that Alex follows a science based approach, so you know you're getting some training and nutrition strategies that are proven to work. That being said he is not married to any particular method of training he is very flexible and taliors everything custom to the client. It's not a one size fits all approach. One of the most refreshing things about working with Alex is that he explains everything he does in his training and nutrition. He will make adjustments and explain why, and even value my feed back. Working with Alex has been the best decision I've made, in my career, and we will be working together for this upcoming competitive bodybuilding season and off season, to put on some size. If anyone out there is considering to work with a coach, you won't go wrong with Alex. If I can give some advice is to "trust the process" Alex will layout the plan and you just need to do your job in executing that plan.

Cindy was my Life Coach for almost a year. She was very thorough and held me accountable, but in a way that challenged me to do better and go after more. She walked me through a very difficult transition stage of life, but she did it with encouragement and spoke the words I needed to hear, not what she thought I wanted to hear. I am stronger and more confident as I journey forward because of her mentoring and friendship.

I'm so thankful for a lot of the wisdom Erin has shared with me when I've spoken to her. She's helped me see through a lot of dark places, and it helped me through some tough decisions in my career. She is intelligent, compassionate, and has a way of helping you feel comfortable and never rushed as you work through the things in your head and heart. It's comforting to know she could relate to many of the things I was going through, and I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a therapist.

I have suffered for forty plus years from plus four panic attacks , have been to every therapist , shrink ,counselor ,et cetera ,and even been treated by a Veterans Administration administered program (five months in length) through the University of Central Florida psychology department. In one session with Success Enterprises my work, dietary, and other behavioral issues are nearly 100% improved. I've worked in Juvenile Court , a progenitor to Lakeside Alternatives,an all women's drug treatment facility owned by The Center for Drug Free Living , and have served for almost twenty years as a music therapist in local retirement homes ,rehabilitation facilities ,and in a major hospital . I have been halfway through a graduate program in guidance and counseling in a major university , With all of this said, I have to add that I've taken nearly every drug used for the treatment of anxiety disorders. So , I come to the following with tremendous insight ; the practicing hypnotherapist at Success Enterprises afforded more efficacy through an hour and fifteen minute session than all the above combined. Not only is this the case with me ,but I've never an intervention of any sort in all my years in and around psychology that had this much immediate impact on any patient at any time except for the administration of Haldol or Thorazine by injection in controlling a psychotic patient in crisis!

There has been a considerable positive impact in my career, my relationships, and my overall outlook on life. Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

        What is a life coach?

A professional, accredited life coach works with people to help them make important changes in their life, either growing in their profession or changing gears in their personal lives. They help clients turn their dreams or wishes into realistic, attainable goals. They guide people through the process of making life changes by helping them evaluate the steps they must take to reach a particular goal, then help them decide how — and whether — to take those steps in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible. A life coach acts as a motivator, strategist and accountability partner. Unlike a therapist, a life coach doesn’t help solve problems from your past — they’re focused on helping you move forward with new ways of acting and thinking that will help you reach your goals. Some people specialize in particular types of life coaching, including life balancing coaches, small business coaches, executive coaches and personal finance coaches. Some meet clients in person, while others hold consultations over the phone.

Regardless of which type of life coach you’re interested in, make sure the person holds an International Coach Federation (ICF) credential. There are three tiers of credentials: Associate, Professional and Master, which require coaching experience ranging from 100 hours to 2,500 hours.

        What is a career coach?

If you’re interested in furthering your career and want expert help, a career coach is a smart solution. A career coach is a professional you hire to guide you during a job search or a career transition, or to help you improve and advance in your current position. A career coach analyzes your work situation and learns what your professional goals are. They then create a strategy to help you achieve your targets. Throughout the process they should provide objective feedback and guide you in approaching the process strategically. Here are some of the tools and tasks a career coach may assist you with:

        • Helping you build a strong resume that reflects your work history, potential, and skills
        • Coaching for interviews and strategies for solid answers built around your resume and the target job
        • Defining your career goals
        • Creating a plan for job searching
        • Improving networking strategies and skills
        • Developing strategies for negotiating raises or promotions
        • Assessing why you’re not getting where you want to go
        • Identifying new positions or career opportunities that fit your skills

How much does a life coach cost?

A life coach helps clients set and reach professional and personal goals, develop positive habits, and deal with stress. Some people meet with a life coach once or twice, while others form an ongoing professional relationship, meeting regularly in person or on the phone. The average national cost to meet with a life coach ranges from $80 to $130 an hour. Some coaches offer per-session pricing, especially for one-time meetings; expect to pay an average of $100-$125. People who want to work with a coach over a period of time to explore life transitions, career growth or lifestyle changes may be able to get discounted pricing in a package. For example, three 60-minute sessions cost an average of $300, four 60-minute sessions cost an average of $350, and four 60- to 90-minute sessions plus unlimited contact between sessions cost an average of $400. Some specific types of coaching, such as relationship or marriage coaching, cost more than standard life coaching. For instance, three 60-minute relationship coaching sessions cost an average of $500, four 60-minute sessions cost an average of $550, and six 60- to 90-minute sessions cost an average of $650 when purchased as a package. Training and experience can also affect the cost of hiring a life coach. An Associate Certified Coach, who holds a certification that requires only 60 hours of training and 100 hours of coaching experience, will charge less than a Master Certified Coach, who typically has at least 200 hours of training and 2,500 hours of coaching experience.

        Why is career counseling important?

Career counseling can help you discover your career path, help you overcome challenges preventing you from finding happiness in your job, or help you learn more about career opportunities that are available to you. Career counselors are typically counselors who specialize in helping guide people into their best career choices. As professionals, they have typically completed a master’s degree in counseling with a focus on career counseling and bring a nuanced understanding of the emotional blocks that prevent someone from doing what they love or getting ahead in their current position. Here are some of the ways that career counseling can help:

        • Identify your skills and talents and how they correlate to different career paths
        • Educate you about the educational requirements for launching in various careers and what earnings can look like
        • Help you understand the kind of environment you want to work in, and which careers are best suited for that
        • See opportunities to transfer your existing skill set to other career areas
        • Help you identify causes of tension or unhappiness in your current career and how to overcome those difficulties
        • Help you create a game plan for moving forward
        • Provide a safe space for you to understand your feelings about career choices you’re making

How much does it cost to hire a career coach?

A career coach provides one-on-one sessions to help you reach your career goals or overcome any challenges you’re having in your career path. The cost to have career coaching can vary based on factors such as the number of sessions you purchase at one time and the experience and rates of your counselor. Career counselors are typically professionals who have earned at least a master’s degree in their field. Based on their academic background, supplemental certifications they have received, and any postdoctoral work they have done, their rates may vary. Typically career counselors offer reduced rates when you sign on for their services on an ongoing basis. A typical price range for career counseling services (nationally) could be $75-$150 per session. Remember to always ask if the career counselor offers a complimentary introductory session. You want to make sure the relationship will be the right personality and counseling style fit to help launch your confidence and upcoming career changes.

Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
