Our pricing is designed to be transparent and customizable based on your needs. We offer a variety of packages to fit different event sizes and styles — from simple drop-offs to full-service catering with staff, rentals, and bar service. Every quote is tailored to reflect your vision, menu preferences, and service requirements. We believe in upfront communication, so there are no surprise fees. Service charges, staffing, and rentals (if applicable) are clearly outlined in your proposal. While we don’t offer flat discounts, we’re always happy to work within your budget and suggest creative ways to get the most value out of your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make planning your event easy, personal, and enjoyable from the start. Here's how we typically work with new customers: Initial Inquiry & Discovery Call – We start with a quick call or email to learn more about your event details, style, and goals. Custom Proposal – Based on your needs and vision, we create a personalized proposal that includes menu options, service style, staffing, and any rentals or bar services you may need. Contract & Planning – Once you're ready to book, we secure your date with a signed agreement and deposit. From there, our team supports you every step of the way — timelines, layout, vendor coordination, and more. Event Day Execution – On event day, our professional team handles all food and beverage service with care and precision so you can focus on enjoying the moment. We’re with you from start to finish, and no detail is too small. Every event is different — and we treat it that way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Chef/Owner, Jose Martinez, holds degrees in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University, with a focus on Special Event Management, Weddings, and Facility Operations. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry — including work with award-winning caterers and at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts — Jose brings a deep understanding of culinary excellence, event logistics, and guest service. Our team regularly participates in industry trainings, food safety certifications, and professional development to stay ahead of trends and maintain the highest standards in food quality, presentation, and service. We're also TIPS-certified for responsible alcohol service.
