Introduction: One Night Only Event & Wedding Coordinator, LLC is your specialized DAY OF COORDINATOR. We focus on managing all "day of duties" for the big day. (Travel Day of Wedding Coordinator with Insurance) Wedding Day Breakdown: 3-4 hour prep time, ½-hour ceremony time, 1-hour cocktail, 4-hour reception, and 2-hour cleanup. (Total up to 11 to 12 hours) Price: starting price $850. Create Wedding Timelines for Ceremony and Reception • Manage bridal party, guest and vendors on previously established timelines Manage Vendor • Serve as point of contact for all vendors and staff • Send introductory email to all vendors and provide a copy of timelines a week prior to wedding Ceremony and Reception Set-Up/Decoration • Assist with ceremony and reception set-up (e.g.: welcome sign, seating chart, small table decor, favors, cake and gift table, amongst other items needed and requested by client) Ceremony and Reception Coordination • Distribute flowers, bouquets, pin corsages and boutonnieres to wedding party • Resolve any wedding related issues that may arise • Manage wedding day from beginning to end Tear- Down • Assist site staff and vendors with general clean up Additional Charges: ($150-$400) • Travel/Destination Fee (venue location over 25+ miles) • Walkthrough of venue prior to wedding day • Manage Rehearsal: Up to 2- hours of rehearsal at venue. • Pick-up or delivery of any items prior or after wedding

Where do I start? Andrea was amazing and very professional. Everything went so smoothly and was amazing and very professional. I wouldn't have known what to do on weeding day if hadn't been for her. From the day I hired her, she was on top of everything and helped me stay calm, and because she had everything under control, I was stress-free at my wedding. I recommend her 100%. Andrea was the best. I’m not sure where to begin because I can’t possibly mention all the things she did to make sure we had the most perfect, stress-free weekend. The list is LONG!! We hired her for a two-day interracial wedding and there’s no way they both would have run so smoothly without her help. My wedding was 03/05/2022. Let me start by saying, I had no idea of how to plan a wedding, no idea of even where to even start. I didn't know the questions to ask or even the questions to anticipate answering from a wedding coordinator. I found Andrea on Thumbtack after having multiple phone conversations with other candidates. Andrea, from the start, made me feel at ease, she was soo nice, understanding, and extremely patient with me. I immediately had this sense of, " this girl knows what she is doing." And I was correct! Andrea was fantastic!!!!! She handled all the details, she guided me through the entire process, and made my big day sooo easy and stress free. I realize now that I entrusted a complete stranger to make my big day perfect, and she delivered!!!! I will 1000% recommend Andrea to be your day of coordinator! She is amazing!!!!
