- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very transparent. 1) Fee-based Engagement: 1% of Household Income AND 0.10% of household assets, excluding primary residence and real estate investment property value. 2) Assets Under Management: Graded fee schedule. Typically between 1.3%-0.75%. Example: $1,000,000 is 0.97% annually.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Experience with our clients in 3 steps: 1) Introduction Meeting - This is where we learn about your experience with financial planning, take a deeper dive into how we can help & understand your goals and objectives. 2) Planning & Recommendation Meetings - This is where we bring back recommendations on your specific needs and goals. This task can take one meeting or multiple meetings, depending on the complexity of the planning. 3) Review Meeting - This is our favorite part of working with you. We get to meet with you at the very least on a semi-annual basis to discuss plan implementation and important household updates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Manan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® & Retirement Income Certified Professional®. His licenses also include the Florida Life, Health, and Variable Annuities, Series 7 and Series 63. Manan is a graduate of University of Central Florida with a bachelors degree in Integrated Business.
