Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I take a more supportive view to fitness. Being over weight in my early twenties, I can understand the fear of getting in shape and the push needed from my end to help attain a healthy relationship with food and weight loss. I enjoy watching my clients learn the correct form on their own. I can teach it, but the moment they achieve it on their own is most rewarding for me.

Ms. Tomlinson is great at being a personal trainer. She is very knowledgeable about exercise and fitness. I have trained with her for almost 12 months. During this time, she has done a great job at listening and understanding my requests and goals, and to incorporate them into my training program. At the same time she has identified areas of weakness and helped me work on becoming stronger. Above all, I believe that Ms. Tomlinson truly cares for me getting the most benefit from the training. In more than one opportunity, she has made an extra effort to accommodate my workout sessions to my schedule or my requests for changes in my gym routine. I recommend training with her to anyone that is interested in improving their fitness, agility, strength and overall health.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Create a lifestyle for them rather than just seeing them for 1 hour. I make sure they know what they are doing and eating that week taking the guess work out of training.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Finding a trainer is like finding a significant other. Some people you mesh well with others not so much. I want you to be happy in your search, make sure its the right person for you. You're going to need to believe that person when they tell you that you're capable, so trust is essential.
