He did a very good job on the project that he did for us. It was a much more extensive job than just hanging a tv, as he had to remove tiles to get off the old mount and then replace the tiles to match and look like the rest.

I didn’t hire him because someone else gave me a better price, but it was a tough decision because Perez was very quick to respond to my request & was candid about his price & how he came up with it. Perez was professional, reliable & candid in our negotiations. It was a hard decision for me to make.
