Absolutely amazing service. He did an excellent job mounting my 85-inch TV. He was professional, careful, and made sure everything was perfectly level and secure. I hired NerdWithTools Handyman (Max!!) on Thumbtack to mount a 80+in TV, and he made the experience so easy — 10/10 outstanding from start to finish.
After a few minutes of conversation, I felt like I had known him for years. Max was able to complete this job within a day of reaching out — to simply say he is efficient is an understatement. He genuinely cares about the project and his insight is truly remarkable.
He quoted me an extremely fair price for a basic mounting job with a large tv — once he assessed the space, he walked me through all my options (pros/cons of using a static vs dynamic mount; along with other factors that never crossed my mind but ultimately made a significant difference).
My Thumbtack inquiry mentioned I had a mount (a less practical and stationary one). His professionalism and expertise truly shined as he explained all possible options for the tv to be mounted in the space, expectations when viewing in different scenarios and general knowledge for my questions on each mount (he was transparent with pricing and costs associated throughout this whole process) — I decided a full-motion swivel mount he suggested was the ideal choice… I didn’t have that mount, so rather than cutting corners, he offered to take the time to drive, purchase the desired swivel mount, and came right back to finish the job.
The end result is rock solid, perfectly positioned, and exactly what the space needed. On top of the excellent work, he was friendly, knowledgeable and beyond interesting to get to know! Max made my idea for the living room into reality and made the project budget-friendly and stress-free.
Highly recommend if you want the job done right by someone who cares about what you want and humbly prides themselves on the quality of his work. I will absolutely be reaching out to Max in the future!

I give you a clear estimate before we book — labor plus only the extras you actually need (concealment, soundbar, a mount if you don't have one). No travel fees. Two or more TVs get a volume discount on labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I confirm the scope and send an estimate. We usually book a 2-hour morning window (10 AM or noon). I arrive at the start of that window, do the install, and make sure you're happy before I leave. Later afternoon times are available when mornings don't work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent years in IT and software, which taught me a methodical approach and attention to detail. These days that goes into TV mounting — level, secure installs and clean cable work in homes across Greater Orlando.
