I really enjoyed my experience working with Lucas on a shower re-tile. He is very passionate about the work that he does, gives great ideas, and completed the work thoroughly (including the smoothing out of a weird “lip“ on the inside of our shower, that I didn’t ask him to, but was a huge surprise, and really made the project look complete!). This project was a result of a pipe fail, so it wasn’t a project we were necessarily prepared for, but Lucas made it easy and even provided a very easy shopping list of supplies I was able to pick up at Home Depot. See you for our next (hopefully planned!) bathroom upgrade!!

Lucas responded quickly every time, and even came sooner than he thought possible. He was in and out in the days, moved appliances and reinstalled them, and did a great job of laying the tile. Just as important, he cleaned up after the job was done beautifully. And his price, while not the cheapest, was fair. He even picked up the tile for me.

LGR Tile provided outstanding service during the tile installation in my home. Lucas was punctual, friendly, and professional throughout my tile project. At the initial phase of the job, he carefully explained what would happen and then carried it out. Lucas continued to do this until the project was fully completed! Having an expert technician take time to walk me through the entire process was something I truly appreciated. At the completion of the tile installation, my family came in to view the new tiles and were absolutely amazed on how beautiful the tiles looked, how perfect the grout lines were, and how clean the work area was in and around the tiles. The bottom line is that the full tile installation from start to finish was performed exceptionally well, on time and within budget. I would 100% wholeheartedly recommend LGR Tiles to my family and friends to perform any size, type, and/or style of tile installation regardless of the complexity. If you have a tiling project and is considering another installer, but want perfection, I would urge you to wait and get a quote from LGR Tiles, they are willing to negotiate pricing to handle your project...you will not/not be disappointed!
