Alex did an amazing job on our backsplash. From start to finish he was extremely kind, patient, and professional. I was very indecisive about the tile and he waited on me for a long time without ever making me feel rushed or pressured, which I truly appreciated. Out of all the contractors we hired for our home, he was hands down both my husband’s favorite and mine. He showed up on time, communicated clearly, and treated our home with so much respect. The quality of his work truly speaks for itself and completely elevated our space. We can’t wait to use him again for our floors and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for beautiful, clean, professional work.

Where do I start? Alex is not only very professional and knowledgeable on what he is doing. He is genuinely a good guy has excellent work ethics and worked really hard over the last three days. My floor looks awesome. I am due in 3 weeks but someone i initially hired messed up so my house was left as a construction zone. All the bigger flooring companies wanted to charge me a fortune to finish it. Alex save me so much money and i have a peaceful time now. If you have flooring project, i would not hesitate to hire him.

Top to bottom excellent work. Arrived when he said he would, was very clean and tidy, his estimate on the number of tiles I needed to order was almost exact, literally only off by one tile! We have already requested him to return to do more work for us!

if this site allowed for 10 stars, I would have selected that. I am not one to give praise if not deserved. Alex is phenomenal! I have experienced multiple major renovations over the years, but none could hold a candle to this man. Alex laid about 1800sf of Luxury vinyl throughout my house. His work ethic is impeccable and his attention to detail is unmatched. If you need any kind of flooring, to include tile work, there is no need to call anyone else. I promise he will exceed your expectations. I am so pleased with his work. Numerous neighbors and friends have seen his work and were in awe. Again, if you desire this kind of work, have Alex come out. You will be elated with his work. Google him, and you will see many photos of his work.

Alex is an honest professional with great integrity. During his free estimate visit to my home he asked all the right questions immediately winning my TRUST. Explained that our engineered prefabricated wood was too thinly layered for him to do a quality job. This in stark contrast to another wood guy who promised me the moon. I asked for an honest appraisal and that’s what Alex provided. If we weren’t selling but doing a remodel he’s the guy/wood specialist I’d work with. You should seriously get him for his expertise and integrity. A definite 10 out of 10. Thanks Alex.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
prices vary depending on a number of factors. What type of wood and floor condition, what floor will the work be because we have a 200 pound sanding machine and various other tools and materials, if the customer wants to change the color of the wood, if he needs to make a specific color to match it with another color that already exists.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
normally customers do not know the process, we are very clear about each step, we explain about the options and particularities of each job, we estimate the time it will take to complete the job, we always try to make daily updates on the progress through photos and messages

I learned in practice to work with floors, has 5 years of experience.
