Since 2009, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident—both physically and mentally. My approach combines personal training, wellness coaching, self-defense, and movement education to help clients build real-world strength, resilience, and lasting healthy habits.
My background in martial arts has taught me discipline, focus, and the importance of being prepared, while my experience in ballroom dance has given me a deep appreciation for balance, coordination, confidence, and the joy of movement. Together, these disciplines shape a coaching style that is both challenging and supportive, helping clients improve not only their fitness but also the way they move through life.
