Last year after three major operations and nine weeks of rehab, my sister noticed that I could use more rehabilitation. She suggested that I find a personal trainer. I was not looking forward to more exercises. I disliked doing them immensely. I thought I was doing well. I chose Core&More Fitness. I have been training with them now for three months and love it! I actually look forward to my three sessions a week. All the trainers are so friendly and I don't feel intimidated because of my age (70+). I alternate between two trainers, Jason and Ron. Both make my workouts fun, challenging and varied. They proved to me that I needed improvement and those needs are being met. I am doing things I could not do three months ago. I feel so much better physically and mentally. And I have tons more energy. I plan to continue my sessions. Both Jason and Ron have shown me the way to a healthy lifestyle by way of fitness training.

Marie is absolutely amazing, creating challenging routines to bring me to my best fitness levels ever!! And that's not as easy as it sounds for this sixty year old body! She is extremely professional, caring, and listens to what my body shows her I can and can't do all the while stretching me, to higher levels of cardio fitness and building session upon session to be stronger and stronger. She is very creative with homework assignments using equipment I have here at home, keeping me motivated to continue on with a complete lifestyle change to balance healthy eating and enjoyable, challanging physical activity! I have known josh for about a year now .. I had been training powerlifting for some time before hand and was a pretty experinced lifter and i was ready to do my first powerlifting meet but had now idea where or how to get started, the first time i came into the gym josh and i hit it off immediately, it was awesome meeting someone with the same goals ideas and passion that i have.. Josh put me on a program that yeilded phenomenal results! Over the course of 6 weeks my deadlift went from 535 to 600 which i pulled in my first meet! Point being that whether you are a beginner to strength training or you have quite a bit of experience under your belt josh is the man with the master plan and can help you achieve your goals !
Excellent is how I would describe Premier Sports Performance! Alex is an excellent trainer and also is an expert in the area of nutrition. The intense training takes place in a fun atmosphere facility that has great chemistry and camaraderie. I would highly recommend to anyone thats interested in getting in fitness from beginners to advance, that they should give Premier Sports Performance a chance. No one can tell you that you need to make a change; you have to get to that realization on your own. No matter who gives you good advice it has to be an internal decision to do something about it. I had that happen to me in May 2011 when I fell while bicycle riding. It was a wake-up call that I had been ignoring for years, that I was just out of shape and overweight. A few months after that serendipity brought me to the gym with a discount offer for a package of personal training sessions, and I was introduced to Dave Crump. I didnt know it at the time but it was a day that changed my life. I had tried to exercise in the past but was not focused on changing my life only my body. I started tracking my diet and other exercise days for Dave to review and we discussed changes along that way that helped me make better choices. I was not eating enough protein and actually not eating enough in general to start to lose weight. I was also not getting enough sleep most of the time. Without Dave to help me focus on every aspect of my life I would not have realized that getting in shape is not just about lifting weights or lunges and squats. Dave taught me that getting in shape is about creating a balance of forces within yourself through diet modifications as well as strength training and interval conditioning that makes your body give back what you put into it. My internal perception of my body and my body image took much longer to change than my actual body did. It took months for me to start seeing changes that others saw sooner. I starting exchanging fat for muscle right away and though the scale was not reflective of these changes the fit of my clothes was. I had a hard time with not seeing the scale move more quickly because I was working so it hard seemed like it should be showing. Daves positive attitude toward reaching my weight loss goals really kept me motivated through our training sessions and gave me encouragement to return week after week until I started seeing the progressive changes that he knew would happen. If not for Dave explaining all the physiological aspects of how training affects the body I would have been ready to quit. He could see the changes I couldnt see. Now I have trained with Dave for over a year and his method of strength training and interval conditioning development gradually increased my ability to perform at a much higher level than I would have achieved on my own. He understands my limitations and challenges me to surpass them every week. I will grumble and complain but there is no doubt that if he thinks I can do something, I can do it. I look forward to our sessions each week. Dave has an impressive amount of knowledge which he uses to create a plan for each client to achieve their goals. I have almost reached my goal weight and have lost 68 pounds so far. I have more muscle and more energy than I thought possible. I know I could not have done this without his guidance. He never stops trying to learn and pass on that expertise to his clients through personalized training sessions and group classes. The training methods used at Elite Strength & Fitness are unique. In just 20 minutes you receive a full body work out. The trainers guide you through each machine providing the encouragement to get another rep out when you didn't think you had it in you. In just one year my strength and fitness level has increased tremendously....not to mention my confidence and determination. Although the intensity of my workouts have increased, I still look forward to my sessions twice a week. That alone speaks volumes about the trainers....very knowledgeable and professional.

Previous to David's training, i attended boxing, dance classes, previous training sessions with various fitness instructors . so far; David is my favorite! he has pushed me to my max potential that i did not know i had. its been 1 month since our first session and i have noticed results! i also have back injury so i thought i would have a problem but he had a solution ! we still do high intensity work out without any pain to my back due to his customized techniques. we do something different every session i could not get bored! i would highly recommend David to someone that wants to achieve a healthy lifestyle ! i will continue to train with him even after i achieve my goal !!
Ann is an outstanding trainer. She personalizes each client's workout with an eye towards working even the small muscles which don't usually get much attention, and increasing the intensity of sessions. If muscles don't get challenged, you won't get stronger and more fit. Ann demonstrates what she would like you to do, and makes sure you are doing each exercise the right way. She is always on time with a prepared routine for the time available. Ann continues to study and learn, and passes knowledge on to clients, helping them understand why they are doing particular exercises. Ann has a big heart. She genuinely cares about each person she works with. It has been my pleasure to have Ann in my life. Ann is doing just what she was meant to do. Before signing up with L.I.F.T I was in a desperate situation. I had no motivation, not eating well and I spent most of my days sleeping. I knew I had to do something for myself. I was highly recommended to join L.I.F.T. , I did and it was the best thing I could have done. Within just a few days of training with Carlos, my poor habits changed for the better. Mind you I felt helpless thinking at my age (49) I could never achieve fitness and wellness. Carlos has helped me achieved some of my goals with only a few sessions. He is extremely motivating. I began training with him for two days a week but after the third week I ended up training with him daily. That was my personal choice because of his willingness and motivation I knew I had to train more than two days a week. I have had personal trainers in the pass but no one as dedicated and as passionate as Carlos. He takes pride in his clients. My workouts are challenging and yet rewarding . He helped me with a meal plan as well, which has helped me tremendously. He is extremely encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I highly recommend Carlos to anyone. It's been a few months so far. Das, you've pushed me through so many great indoor and outdoor workouts, I just have to say that you have quickly become my favorite trainer! I have truly enjoyed every single workout you've designed for me! 2 of my favorite things about your training, 1) you give me clear details about what I’ll be doing during the whole session, broken down even to the slightest of movements, with demonstration. I know what to expect when I'm in my zone, I expect to test my limits and obliterate boundaries...and I'm improving myself every time I train. Not to hype it, but it’s perfect and amazing! And 2) The HiiT workouts (kettlebell and bodyweight movements) are ALWAYS FRESH and FUN, I don’t even look at or regard the time! The intervals are great and afterwards, I'm beyond excited to train again! Thank you for all you're doing and thank you for being so awesome. A great workout is one thing, but being able to SEE and FEEL changes, well I'm a big fan of progress! Not only that, I'm just happy all around and more active, all-day. Keep ’em coming!
Jim is highly motivating and varies workouts for maximum results. I actually enjoy going to my weekly workouts...and that speaks volumes for Jim's effectiveness.
I work with Stikers fitness in one on one jujitsu and kickboxing sessions. In jujitsu he is on the mats teaching the techniques on you and then you practice the same techniques on him. When I was unable to get one of the techniques he offered an alternative method that worked better for me. He also held the mitts and worked me through different combinations in kickboxing which was a high intensity. Both jujitsu and kickboxing sessions ends with conditioning. He was very professional and knowledgeable about both sports as he's competed in both and I look forward to continue training with him.
We were looking for a new trainer for our daughter(16) who plays volleyball. She had trained with 3 other trainers previously and wasn't getting the results. We are extremely pleased with Randy. In a very short time she has improved her vertical 3" along with her overall strength and endurance. Randy spent the time to understand her sport and what she specifically needed to work on by watching her play. Never got this level and intensity of training from any of the other places she trained. My daughter is thrilled with the results and most importantly loves working out with Randy!
