What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is honest and best around. I find providing my clients with a great customer experience and work speaks for itself. When it comes to Sound systems for your home I have the lowest price Guaranteed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with listening and understanding what my clients goals are. Once the work to be done is established I then work to provide an estimate coordinate a booking date to get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training began in school for my Comptia A+ and Network + certifications. Within the IT field you work on both A/V and computer related issues. Many conference room setups, installation of projectors, projector screens, running cables and network connections, repairing and troubleshooting issues with computers and conference room audio control units. Being a DJ and producer I learn a lot being on the road hands on setting up sound stages for concerts and shows. This requires not only running connections to the Mixer console but also requires tuning of the audio to get the best sound for the artist performance and for the audience.
