- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For recurring cleaning services, we normally charge around $60 per hour. Here’s a simple rule of thumb we use to estimate how many hours a job will take: 1 to 2 bedroom property = 2 hours 3 bedroom property = 3 hours 4 bedroom home = 4 hours 5 bedroom = 5 hours 6 bedroom = 6 hours For weekly cleans, we offer 25% off your first 2 cleans to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our service. We also offer 10% off your next clean if you leave us a review!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For your first clean, we’ll send the cleaner 15 minutes early so you can walk them through your home and show them the areas you want us to focus on. You won’t be charged for that extra time—it’s just to make sure the cleaning goes smoothly. After the cleaning, we'll give you a call to make sure you’re happy. If everything looks great, we’ll assign the same cleaner to you going forward, on the same day and time each week or month.
