Patricio and his team were able to paint 2000 square feet of living space (probably double in wall space) within a day. Patricio was very responsive via text message and made sure everything was in order before he was scheduled to do the job.
Upon arrival, Patricio and his team moved furniture out of the way (I moved most prior to their arrival, but they helped out with items that I missed), laid protective covers down, removed switch and outlet covers, and verified the work that was requested. Afterwards, they moved the furniture back in to place and restored the switch and outlet covers.
Overall, I am satisfied with the completed job. There were some drips and off target paint marks here and there, but in my opinion, that is to be expected in some of the tight areas.
I would recommend Patricio and his team based on my experience.

Very happy with the work that Patricio and his team accomplished. They were able to finish the interior of our entire house (2 stories and 1900 sqft) in less than two days. Found a few minor touch ups after they left but they are super small and we will fix. Great experience!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
"You get what you pay for" and many customers fall in this trap. They get a cheaper quote and decide to go with this to save a buck or two but sometimes cheaper doesn't necessarily mean better. Be careful when accepting a cheap price because when painters devalue their price, they devalue thier quality of work. Remember, this is your house, your kingdom and you want it to look its best!
This is why we like to price our work at a fair market value, not over doing it (scaring our future clients away) and not under doing it either (devaluation our work) because that is not the case. Since we are a family operated business, we can squeeze in a discount here and there.
Our pricing can range can vary but it all boils down to the exact measurements, favorable conditions, colors chosen, etc. but normally we can give a flat price and work with your budget.
Labor to paint each room with favorable site conditions includes:
• Prep, clean, scrape, sand, patch minor defects and caulk gaps and hairline cracks.
• Planning, equipment and material acquisition
• Area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and hold 13 years of experience working in the field more so as a consultant but my passion is Painting. I have shared those same years as an IT professional as I have as a Painter since I cannot get away from this profession. If I were given a choice between painting and computers, I would choose painting. Being a second generation painter, its just in my blood!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I discovered my love for this profession working along side my father, a veteran of 35 years working in this industry. I saw and learned from him that painting is not just another job, its an art, an art where we can help others express themselves by painting their buildings, rooms, walls, trim, moldings, etc. with bright brilliant colors giving each and every room life one can enjoy.
