My Whole Health Life, LLC

Introduction: We are proud to announce the opening of My Whole Health Life, LLC in Orlando. Our counseling and wellness center helps children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families. Our practice provides psychological and psycho-educational help to individuals and groups, family therapy, community workshops, and conferences. We also use a holistic approach like cognitive rehabilitation, behavior modification, relaxation therapy as well as integration of mind, body, emotions, spiritual awareness, and insight to promote wellness! The services that we offer are counseling, psychodrama, play therapy, rapid trauma resolution, weight management, anger management, massage therapy, Reiki, acupuncture, facial, yoga therapy, coaching, and a juice bar.
