There are not enough great things I can say about my project with Mike and his team. He communicated well and was a problem solver. If anything came up and trust me. Michael and his team have really saved us - they were able to start work on a leak right away, and when it turned out the damage was far more extensive than we originally thought, he helped coordinate mold testing, worked on our behalf with the insurance company, and even referred us to a lawyer when our insurance claim was denied. He was constantly in contact with us to let us know how everything was progressing and was very honest and straightforward with our options and any next steps. He is also being very flexible with us while we work through the insurance red tape to get a settlement. Highly recommended!

I first contacted the Extreme Extraction team through Thumbtack, I was pleased to receive a fast and friendly response, thnak you Lina. The following day Michael came to inspect the problem area in the house. He gave me a thorough explanation of their work, as well as some tips and advice to prevent another mold situation. The team efficiently extracted the mold and left the area clean and sanitized. I also like the fact the they arranged for mold testing and air conditioner clean up. I truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Thank you guys!

Work in progress but the company’s response was immediate. After thumbtack’s referral I was contacted right away. I placed a call to Michael and connected with him on that initial call. Michael is knowledgeable, courteous, professional and punctual ( he arrived prior to his scheduled appointment). I feel relieved and know that his work will be of excellent quality.
