I'm a DIY girl, so I thought I could cover everything myself for my wedding. Half way through my planning, I realized I needed help and a go-to person for my big day. I found Lucid Events and am so glad I did! Gina and Heather are absolutely wonderful to work with! They are both super friendly, helpful, responsive, and creative. They have great resources to help a bride plan and organize her wedding. They also worked perfectly into my budget. I received so many compliments from my wedding guests on how well everything looked and ran during our big day, and I thank Gina and Heather for that! Will definitely seek them out again for any other future event coordinating. Highly recommended!!

Gina was my month and day of coordinator for my wedding. Trust me... You need her! She was always available to help me with any issues and made sure to put me on track with all the details. I felt extremely confident to have her next to me on my big day. Highly recommend!
Gina was a pleasure to work with. She was very well organized. She kept us on track and on time so that we were able to successfully prioritize our tasks. She recommended great vendors and helped us to coordinate our wedding which turned out great. I would definitely recommend her to assist with event planning.

Our pricing is based on how much planning support you would like during your upcoming event. We have packages and al a carte services available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer FREE consultations to make sure we are the perfect planner for you! We'll review where you are in the planning process, why you should hire an event planner, why we stand apart from the competition, and how we can get this party started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed numerous event trainings with The Walt Disney Company, as well as run extremely high volume, high attention to detail events. I have planned and attended hundreds of weddings, taking client visions and turning them into reality from start to finish.
