I wish I could give zero Stars. This place is a Crooks and Liars Club. I was sent a contract for my wedding date which is on the 8th of October. It stated that I needed to pay the amount by September 24th. I emailed and emailed and contacted her to pay only to get an email today October 8 is booked and they are too busy to accommodate me. So now I have to find someone to deliver chairs to me last minute. Do not trust this small company. I will be talking to a lawyer about this matter.Sep 24, 2016VerifiedJones Events Orlando's reply
Ms Bates, I apologized that we are booked on the day of your event. We are almost 2 hours away from you and I do not feel comfortable promising you a service. Unfortunately you do not appreciate that I would rather you give the business to someone else rather then taking the chance of us not being able to give you the undivided attention your event requires. Best of luck to you in your search for a local vendor to provide you with the 40 chairs you need.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get to know each client.... I want to hear them describe what they want there event to look like... it becomes easy to produce an event when you know exactly what the person wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an IWED graduate and have worked along side florist, planners and Event designers.
