- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My website provides basic pricing for most services. A minimal mileage fee of $.50 per mile can also be incurred for round trip distances over 30 miles. Also, add-on items usually result in an additional fee unless they are part of a package deal or sale. Note: Add-on items may include items such as, processional music, recessional music, chairs for guests, a microphone, an officiant's table for a unity candle or sand ceremony, etc.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
All events are special to the host/hostess, and I sincerely care about ensuring that my aspect of each is as close to perfect as possible. (Read my favorite story, above, for an example.)
