Chef Scott was fantastic to work with for our New Year’s Eve dinner! He helped us create an ideal menu with something everyone would like. He was easy to communicate and plan with and showed up in a timely manner with everything to prepare our dinner. Everyone loved the meal and it really made our New Year’s Eve fun and memorable without even leaving the house! He was very efficient with cooking, plating, serving, and cleaning up afterward. The food was all delicious and plated nicely. Our only constructive feedback would be to slow the pace of the food being served a bit to allow everyone to enjoy it in full without rush. Aside from that, we had no other suggestions because it was awesome! We would definitely love to hire Scott again for our next group dinner! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an enjoyable custom curated meal for their next event!

Scott was incredible! I had an intimate dinner party for eight with three courses and the dessert. The menu he suggested was a luxury seafood theme with grilled mussels and grilled crab legs! The food was high-quality and the service was wonderful! Presentation was perfect! He’s a very talented chef and my guests enjoyed the dinner very much. He received applause as he left for the evening having cleaned up everything and loaded the dishwasher. I highly recommend him as a wonderful Personal Chef!

We used HB Chef to celebrate an intimate dinner for mg parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. He was punctual, communicated well before the event, and when he was on his way. Most importantly, the food was delicious and he was able to accommodate a last minute request for a younger member of the family by making a quick dish for him that was not a part of our original plan. We would gladly work with him again.
