Introduction: i started getting into self training back in 2017, when i was just tired of looking the same and feeling unfit and unhealthy. i was on my way into my 30s and soda and chips wasnt going to get me the results that i want . fast fowarding into present days , im glad i made that decision and i want to have my clients feel the same way when they are in my presence .
i provide tons of positive attitude and lots of tips . im not here to babysit you or to hold a clipboard to judge your status. my clients work side by side with me as i teach my ways.
