Rates are determined by several factors:
1. Location to be trained
2. Type of session or class
4. Up front payment or pay as you go
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them and their goals and design a program that is right for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in biology. Former military medic. Current NCSF, NASM, AFFA, and TRX certifications
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I lost 100lbs and it was life changing! I want to give it back and share the gift of health and fitness.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds from weight loss, weight gain, pre and post natal, athletes, the elderly, spinabifida, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who's training style is modern, functional, and fun! You spend a lot of time with your trainer, so make sure you like them. Make sure their training style and methods are up to par with today's standards. There is much more functional, exciting, and effective workouts out there then just 3 sets of 10 reps!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What are their goals and how important are they to them.
