Rick was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted (which wasn't easy) and executed the design well. Work ethic was great. Tile layout was great. Cleanup was great. Overall the workmanship Rick showed provided me with the kitchen I designed, and that I wanted. I would hire him again.

We couldn't be happier with the backsplash installation Rick Araujo Tile & Marble completed for us. Our tile design was far from simple, with a mix of flat pieces and rounded 3D tiles that required careful planning and precision cutting. Rick's attention to detail was outstanding from start to finish. One example that really impressed us was how he intentionally swapped some of the rounded tiles for flat ones around our electrical outlets so the outlet covers would sit perfectly flush against the wall. That's the kind of craftsmanship and forethought that separates a good installer from a great one.The finished product looks amazing. The grout lines are straight, consistent, and clean, and every detail was executed with care. His quote was very reasonable and exactly in line with what we were hoping to spend.Beyond the quality of his work, Rick was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. He communicated each day when he was on his way, let us know how long he expected to be working, and took great care to protect our home by laying down paper in all work areas. He kept everything clean and organized and never left a mess behind. He was respectful, trustworthy, and genuinely pleasant to work with.Another huge plus was his responsiveness. We called for a quote, and he was able to start our project the very next day. The turnaround time was impressive without sacrificing quality. What we also appreciated is that Rick knows exactly what he's best at and focuses on it. He specializes in tile and marble workhe's not trying to be a jack-of-all-trades doing plumbing, electrical, and everything else. His dedication to his craft shows in the quality of the finished product. If you're looking for someone who delivers exceptional tile work, communicates well, treats your home with respect, and takes pride in every detail, we highly recommend Rick Araujo Tile & Marble. We would absolutely hire him again.
