FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you have a clear understanding of what you want from providers, but you should also keep an open mind to new ideas/solutions that your providers suggest. As a provider it is also our job, no, our duty to look out for your best interest and provide you with a solution that satisfies current and future needs at a reasonable cost. Don't be afraid to ask "Why?" Some providers who are technically knowledgeable end up being verbally challenged. Make sure they can explain to you in a language that is understandable and meaningful. Some providers throw terms around to make them look like hotshots, but if you as a "Decision Maker" cannot understand what it is you are really buying, how can you decide wisely.
