The pricing approach of An Affair of Excellence is another demonstration of how we strive to eliminate stress from our clients. When a budget is agreed upon, that is the final number. I carefully prepare a proposal that will include everything the client needs from the set-up crew, venue and caterer, to the invitations and parting favors, and clean-up crew. I require a 50% deposit to begin booking and paying vendors and the remainder is due on the day of the event. One budget, one price, two payments. The rest is up to us!
